At Souq Emirat, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase through a seamless and transparent returns process. If you are not entirely happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it remains in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Souq Emirat account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the parcel from your doorstep at a convenient time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
